The location. And the room members.
The team doesn't provide us showl to sleep with and no towel as well. Even the charging plug has some problem.

The staff was not helpful at all, he just cares about money,...
The staff was not helpful at all, he just cares about money, he didn't allow us to check-in one-minute earlier unless we pay for that and the same for the checkout we paid 10 dollars just to keep our bags in as it was earlier than the check-in timing, just pay for any and everything. we couldn't even cancel our check-in after a few minutes.

Not a safe place i would not recommend it
location is suitable for shopping at mustafa center
Had a bad experience with one of the occupants. He was abusive and looking for a fight with my son. I felt not save and fear for my son safety. so i decided to cut my vacation and head back after one night. The manager said i cannot refund my money but offer another branch but i decline fearing for my son safety.

Atleast in afternoon aircon should be on for 2-3hrs due to atmosphere.
